To get started in the virtual world, a professionally created website remains an essential starting point for any project worth exploring! We'll keep it super simple to get started, without complicating things: - 5 pages (or sections, if you prefer a one-pager style without complex navigation) - 3 standard "legal" pages (Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy) - Responsive design (for both desktop and mobile devices) - Contact form to help you convert prospects into customers Hélios Web has the expertise to get started simply while laying the foundation for an environment that can evolve according to your needs over time and maximize your initial investment! Important note: Web hosting and domain name reservation fees (e.g., monavenirnumerique.com) are not included in the price indicated. We will guide you in choosing the providers best suited to your needs and budget. This service includes the creation of a unilingual website with up to 5 content pages and 3 standard "legal" pages, with a responsive design (mobile, tablet, and desktop), integration of a contact form, and installation on an agreed-upon platform (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, WordPress). Content (text, images, logo) must be provided by the client, unless otherwise specified or an additional service is added. Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional requests may be billed hourly or with an expanded mandate. Basic SEO is taken into account (clear structure, titles, tags, keywords), but an advanced SEO strategy or optimized writing can be added upon request. Finally, website maintenance (updates, security, backups) is not included in this package, but can be added as a monthly subscription or one-off services (hourly or fixed rate to be discussed).

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A confirmation will be sent to you once your time slot has been booked online. Videoconference meetings are held on Google Meet (connected to our availability calendar). We take care of all the technical details (scheduling, automated reminders, presentation), so all you need to do is show up with your mic and camera! You don’t need a Google account to join, but if you already have one, it can make collaboration easier within Google Workspace for future collaborations. If you’d like to meet on another platform (Zoom, Teams, Slack, Discord, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.) or in person, additional fees may apply. Confirmed meetings are non-refundable or non-creditable if rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless the change is due to us. We’ll always make sure you get the full meeting time you’re entitled to, without delay!
