Need to update your visual identity or completely redesign it from scratch? Let's explore styles, themes, colors, logos, and icons that make you vibe to adequately communicate your vision with a modern visual kit: - Main logo (2 to 3 proposals, one final revision) - Basic variations (inverted version, monochrome black and white, glyph/icon) - Color palette (3 to 5 colors + reference document) - Font suggestions (1 to 2 typefaces with usage scenarios) - Visual identity guide (to share with your printer for stationery or merch) - File export (vector formats: SVG, AI, EPS + resized PNG) Important note: This package includes the design of a basic visual identity as described above. Any additional requests (e.g., creation/ordering of promotional materials, complex variations, templates or proofing in Canva/others, additional revisions, multilingual adaptation, or in-depth branding) may be subject to an additional mandate or billing by the hour. This service includes up to two rounds of modifications after the initial submission. Additional adjustments may incur a fee. The intellectual property and final files will be delivered in the agreed formats upon full payment of the balance due. Hélios Web does not guarantee full adaptability to all third-party media without prior technical validation. The final commercial use of the logo remains the client's responsibility. We recommend validating any trademark with the CIPO or any other relevant registry if registration is desired.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A confirmation will be sent to you once your time slot has been booked online. Videoconference meetings are held on Google Meet (connected to our availability calendar). We take care of all the technical details (scheduling, automated reminders, presentation), so all you need to do is show up with your mic and camera! You don’t need a Google account to join, but if you already have one, it can make collaboration easier within Google Workspace for future collaborations. If you’d like to meet on another platform (Zoom, Teams, Slack, Discord, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.) or in person, additional fees may apply. Confirmed meetings are non-refundable or non-creditable if rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, unless the change is due to us. We’ll always make sure you get the full meeting time you’re entitled to, without delay!
